How does it work

1. Click the on-screen remote icon, and select the desired Thinkcar Remote technician.
2. Send a direct message to a Thinkcar Remote technician to provide details about the job requirement.
3. We'll arrange a job fee with you.
4. We'll begin the programming job remotely! – the Thinkcar Remote Technician will program or diagnose your vehicle remotely from its various UK-based locations, all whilst you on with another job.
   
5. The Thinkcar Remote Technician will notify you once work is completed, with a repair report.

Please note:
The tool should be hardwired to the internet, and a battery support unit set up whilst the job is underway.
